A Super Full Moon

The super rainy weather may have blocked the view of the Super Full Moon here in Sydney tonight, but not its gifts and effects.

This Full Moon in the earthy sign of Capricorn is an ideal time to pause and reflect on your recent emotional growth. To embody the full expression of who you are, means to allow the self to release all that you are not. One layer at a time, one old belief at a time or one self-sabotaging thought at a time. As the moon grew full, you may have been called to tweak or completely redefine what it is you desire to do right now, whether within your home, relationships, family, life or work. As an added bonus, this call very likely arrived with an invitation titled 'Out with the old!', this includes old ways of thinking, feeling and being that simply do not fit anymore.

To honour your journey wherever you are at, here is super-loving Moon Mantra;

I truthfully see how I respond to life. I loving release all I am not. I love all of who I am.

Flutterbys, Stars & Creative Transformations

In the words of Philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche (1844-1900), "You need chaos in your soul to give birth to a dancing star". If we hold the chaos, rather than hold on to it, we create the space for its creative transformation.

To hold a thing is about creating a safe space for it to be, allowing it to open up to what it needs to become. This safe space may be an imaginal one you meditate upon, an attitude you embody or a literal vessel that you find or create.

Got Creativity? Use it.

There I was in the garden collecting zucchini flowers for eating when I had an a-ha! moment.  Picking ripe flowers continues to birth new ones on a consistent basis. But when left unpicked, creates a limited supply that become over ripe and when past their use-by-date eventually wilt. The amount of flowers that blossom doubles when the ripe ones are regularly picked. The same occurs for the rest of
