Our views, visions and perceptions are fluid. We can love what we see. We can not like what we see. But what about when what we see makes us feel hurt, broken, sad and grieving? What we feel is there to inform us, not define us. Our feelings and emotions, including the uncomfortable ones, hold messages. We can deny and repress them or open to their presence and be present to our whole
self. As we individually take responsibility for our inner truths and the truth of what our being {body, mind, emotions & spirit} is saying to us, we activate the deepest levels of healing and transformation. Those that stem from within. To shift our own inner frames helps to shift the frame of humanity, from one that could sit in bitterness to one that is thriving in betterness.
