Our views, visions and perceptions are fluid. We can love what we see. We can not like what we see. But what about when what we see makes us feel hurt, broken, sad and grieving? What we feel is there to inform us, not define us. Our feelings and emotions, including the uncomfortable ones, hold messages. We can deny and repress them or open to their presence and be present to our whole
